Had the great pleasure to have Dave Yeo come all the way from Dauphin to spent a few hours watching me doing two paintings today. Dave  paints beautifully in oils and is a very accomplished artist and an amazing person! His collection of oil paintings on Haida life and culture is a feast to the eyes.

After supper I stepped outside with my easel ready , and I started to paint when a small army of Trick or Treaters started to walk down Balmoral Bay in the fast fading sunlight on this not so cold Halloween evening.
